My journey began early on.

It started with books and movies. Growing up, I was fascinated with all the different paths people’s lives could take and their inner worlds.

I was also often affected by family conflict. I longed for peace.

As an adult, I fervently sought knowledge by immersing myself in many diverse fields and pursuing very unique, often painful, yet transformative experiences. I also wrestled with my own mental health. I faced my shadow and wounds, and was able to heal deep-seated family dynamics and intergenerational trauma.

Today, I have 10 years of work in mental health, as well as a M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego.

But most of all, I have the peace I always wanted. I am honored to help others achieve their own happiness by sharing my hard-earned wisdom as a therapist.
